Information we collect

When you contact us, or previously used the retired website concept builder, we may collect the information you provide, including your name, business name, email address, phone number, city, website, requested services, design preferences, timing, budget readiness, and consent to be contacted. We may also retain basic technical and campaign information used to operate, secure, and understand the website.

AI workshop interest survey

When the survey is open, we collect your audience category, AI experience, learning topics, optional task description, and optional format, class-length, hypothetical price preferences, exact-price interest for the planned introductory workshop, current and desired AI platforms, preferred learning approach, optional city or town, and optional ability to attend a class in the Boise area to plan classes. We also store a non-personal invitation tag (individual, business, or unattributed) separately from your self-reported audience category. The survey does not book a class or take payment. Do not include private information in your answers.

You can answer without giving a name or email. If you separately opt in to workshop updates, we collect your email and record when and how you consented. Contact details are stored separately from answers and linked by a response reference, so opted-in answers are not fully anonymous. Survey records are held in our website’s protected storage and may be copied to private Notion databases for review and planning. Our hosting and record-storage providers process this information to provide those services.

We use a submission reference to prevent duplicate responses and limited technical information to protect the form from abuse. We do not put survey answers or email addresses in website analytics or use them as model-training inputs. Participation does not automatically enroll you in a mailing list or a class. For workshop updates, unsubscribe by replying to an update or emailing matt@idrebuild.com. Include your response reference when requesting access, correction, or deletion of answers submitted without an email.

Customer reviews and feedback

We collect your display name, private email, service, rating and review to understand your experience and check authenticity. Your submission is stored in our protected website database with a reference and your publication preference. We only publish your display name, service, rating and review after review and if you explicitly permit publication. Your email is never displayed publicly. Feedback without publication permission remains private. Reviews are not added to marketing lists. Contact matt@idrebuild.com with your reference to request a correction, deletion or withdrawal of publication permission.

Public website analysis

When you request a concept, ID Rebuild may access the public homepage you submit and analyze public text, page metadata, links, and visual color values to prepare that concept. We do not log in to your website, request private credentials, or change the live website. Some websites may block this process or provide limited information.

How we use information

• Review and respond to website inquiries.
• Prepare proposals, concepts, or project recommendations.
• Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website and intake process.
• Measure anonymous design choices and completed concept actions so recommendations can improve over time.
• Maintain business records and comply with legal obligations.

Names, email addresses, phone numbers, and private website data are not used as model-training inputs. Public website content and information you submit may be used to prepare your requested concept and human follow-up.

Website analytics

We record cookie-free first-party counts for page views, major website actions, the first changed survey field per page visit, and newly saved survey responses. For page-view and AI workshop survey events, records use known page paths, allowlisted campaign and referral categories, a non-personal invitation tag, and a test-traffic flag. Unknown campaign and referral values are grouped as other; full URLs, query strings, names, email addresses, city or town, and survey answers are excluded from these events. The separate website inquiry workflow may retain its source page, campaign values and selected service preferences. Please never put personal information in campaign links. These first-party counts do not use advertising cookies or persistent visitor identifiers. Counts are events, not unique people, and may include automated traffic; completion counts are best-effort, with saved survey records remaining the source of truth.

Google Analytics is optional and loads only after you choose Allow analytics. It uses first-party cookies to estimate visitors, sessions, and page views. Google receives technical information such as browser and device details and processes IP addresses to derive approximate location. We send only known page paths and allowlisted campaign and referral categories, not full query strings, contact details, or form answers. Advertising features and automatic enhanced measurement are disabled. Analytics cookies and your saved choice expire after at most 180 days.

You can decline without affecting the website or forms, or use Analytics settings at the bottom of any page to change your choice and stop future Google Analytics collection. We also honor browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Cookie-free first-party counts continue independently of this choice. Learn more in Google’s Privacy Policy.

Contact and marketing

Submitting the intake form permits ID Rebuild to contact you about that request. It does not automatically enroll you in a recurring marketing list. You may ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us host the website, manage communications, store records, or deliver requested services. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect rights, security, or property.

Retention and security

We retain information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, business records, dispute resolution, and legal requirements. We use reasonable safeguards, but no website, transmission, or storage system can guarantee absolute security. Never submit passwords, payment-card details, tax IDs, authentication codes, or other sensitive credentials through the intake form.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted, subject to applicable legal and recordkeeping requirements. You may also withdraw permission for future contact.

Children

This website is intended for business owners and adults seeking website services or AI workshops. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Updates

We may update this policy as the business and website change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
